1. Information Collection and Use

• Document Files (PDFs): The App requires read and write permissions to your device storage to view, edit, merge, split, sign, and compress PDF documents. Basic document processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your personal documents to our servers unless a specific feature explicitly requires server-side processing (and you will be informed if so).
• Storage Permissions: We only access the specific files you choose to process within the App and save the resulting files back to your local storage. Your other files are not accessed.

2. Third-Party Services

While we do not collect personal data directly through the core functionality of the App, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob: The App uses AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID, network information, and usage data to provide personalised ads. You can opt out via your Android device's advertising settings.
• Google Play Billing: For PDF Editor Pro subscriptions and in-app purchases, transactions are securely handled by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or have access to your personal payment information (such as credit card details).

3. Log Data and Analytics

In the case of an error or app crash, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Google Analytics or Crashlytics) called Log Data. This may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and other statistics. This data is entirely anonymous and used exclusively to improve the stability of the App. It is never linked to your identity or your documents.

4. Security

We value your trust in using our App. Since your documents are processed locally on your device, they remain as secure as your device itself. However, remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to children, including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Google Play Families Policy.

• Child-Appropriate Content: We ensure all content in our apps is appropriate for children.
• Safe Advertising: If we display ads to users identified as children (e.g., via a neutral age screen), we only use Google Play certified ad networks. We ensure these ads are appropriate for children and do not use personalized advertising or collect personally identifiable information.
• No Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
